Devices and Connectivity

To help ensure all our students can participate in home learning, BSD is providing devices and hotspots for internet access on a need basis.

If your student needs a device and/or internet access, please contact Curtis Smith, Director of Technology by email at csmith@burlingameschools.org. As your request is processed, you will be contacted with details regarding pickup of provided devices and/or hotspots.

Technical Support For Home Learning

Technology plays a key role in enabling home learning using digital platforms and tools. During this school closure, BSD will provide best-effort support for district-provided hardware and online services. Providing this support is a collaborative effort between BSD teachers, staff and BSD’s IT Department.

If you as a parent or guardian have a technical support issue related to BSD-provided devices or software, you can submit a support request via this Google Form.
