Communication is key to navigating a challenging time such as we’re in. Below are listings for whom to contact based on the nature of your question or inquiry regarding your child's home learning experience:

• For questions about classroom assignments, work or resources, please contact your child’s classroom teacher.

• For questions about your child’s school site’s specific approach to home learning during school closure, please contact your child’s school site principal.

• For personal concerns regarding your child’s well-being, please contact your child’s School Counselor from our School Counselor contact list on our Health and Well-Being page.

• If you as a parent or guardian have a technical support issue related to BSD-provided devices or software, you can submit a support request via this Google Form.

• If you need to speak with someone in our District Office, please call our main number, 650-259-3800, or email Graceala Villaflor, our District Office Receptionist at gvillaflor@burlingameschools.org. Your inquiry will be routed to the appropriate staff member who will respond to you.
