New for 2024/25: Drop off and pick up for all students is the Primary Reception.
Kukangs to KG2 students are provided with an ID card that depicts their photo, name and class. The expectation is that students attach this to their bag, or for our youngest students, parents can attach to their lanyard ID. This is then tapped onto the RIFD reader on arrival and departure.
Year 1 to Year 6 students are provided with a yellow wristband which is stamped with a unique identification number. Students tap this to open the atutogate and access campus.
If a wristband is misplaced, lost or broken then the student will be required to complete a short form at the RIFD gates. There is always a member of staff on duty to greet students and support with this.
All students are expected to tap in and tap out using the ID card or wristband on the RIFD entry points.
All items found on campus are passed to the Lost and Found team, cleaned as needed, separated and allocated to various pick-up points as listed below.
Note that over 300 student items are turned into Lost and Found per month. Many items are turned in without name tags or other identifiers. We encourage all families to add stickers or labels with students' names to school uniforms, bottles food containers and other items frequently used on campus.
