To be honest with you, I don't know [how long we’ve been selling our produce]. I can say two years. It's been good. We go to different markets, not all of them. This is not a family farm. They're friends. We sell bitter ball and malanga. You have to try bitter ball before you cook it. It doesn’t matter how you eat it. Before you cook it, you wash just one, not two times. You have to wash it one time. Then you get it out. Use a knife. Small, small. And you can use it for anything. It’s up to you how you do it. It's on you. It's not hard to cook. I know how to make it. You eat it, it's good. Put a little salt. Not too much salt. You don't have to put too much ingredients. It's only one ingredient.
