Students at Beaconhouse have the potential to cultivate initiatives, map steps, tackle challenges and finish strong independently and as a team. LAP is a one-of-a-kind conference where the spirit of Learner Agency is featured by giving students the charge of running the show. The conference has been organized to celebrate Learner Agency in action at Beaconhouse.

The students from Beaconhouse Defence Campus and TNS DHA have collaborated to curate the different segments of the programme. The conference logo has also been designed by a Grade V student of Beaconhouse. The conference has a feel of the new age paradigm where learners of today are taking the lead.
