The concept of this conference revolves around the idea of conceding the importance of Learner Agency.

The emphasis of Learner Agency is on acting rather than being acted upon; shaping rather than being shaped; and making responsible decisions and choices rather than accepting those determined by others.

The student presenters of this conference take pride in sharing their success stories with the BSS community.

Vision

Learner Agency Paradigm aims to shift learners from passive receivers to active contributors. It empowers learners to develop a voice and take initiatives that manifest empathy, social responsibility, personal growth, equity, tolerance and improve life trajectories in a thoughtful and purpose-driven way.
