Quarter One Grades Analysis!!

(YES was offered 30 of the 43 Days)
We currently have 142 active students
41.5%
of our students are currently passing all 4 academic classes
46.6% of our current 6th graders are passing all academic classes
38.5% of our current 7th graders are passing all academic classes
37.8% of our current 8th graders are passing all academic classes

Based on our quarter one grades analysis:
Academic Remediation Plan
Students will begin completing a daily academic progress sheet that teachers will review weekly.
Teachers will review each student's grades through Infinite Campus weekly and provide documentation on their case management form.
Students that are failing three or more classes will placed on academic probation for 30 Days.
There will be a mandatory parent meeting to discuss possible strategies that the YES program can implement to support academic growth.
If Grades have not improved by the end of 30 days removal from the YES program will be discussed.
