First you want to practice breaking up your silhouette into spaces for words and letters by drawing over with a white line. Do this repeatedly on different layers then choose the version you like best.

Next you will clean up your best typography layer, then delete it from your rasterized silhouette, then revert it back into a vector and delete any lines you need to delete to smooth it out and make it look neat and complete.
