Update your contact information and UPLOAD your Complete AISIS Grade Report to the following link on or before 14 December 2025, Sunday, until 11:59 PM ONLY*: https://go.ateneo.edu/ScholarsContactInfo
For Incoming First Year scholars, you may indicate 'N/A' or upload a blank document to fields that don't apply to you.
*Your scholarship grant will NOT be reflected on your Tuition Assessment Form if you fail to submit your updated Contact Information by the deadline.
Enlist in your classes online via aisisonline.ateneo.edu during the following dates:

Read each scenario below and follow the instruction/s for the scenario that applies to you.
SCENARIO 1: Scholars WITHOUT grade deficiencies and whose balance in the Tuition Assessment Form is ZERO (0).
STEP 1 - After enlistment, a grey button will appear on top of your Tuition Assessment Form. Please refer to the image below:
STEP 2 - Click the button indicated in the image above to validate and enroll yourself ONLY if your enlistment is finished and final.
IMPORTANT NOTE - If you are NOT yet done with enlistment, please click the other grey button that says "Click here to indicate otherwise." as shown below:
STEP 3 - Once you’ve clicked the validation button, your Tuition Receipt should appear in AISIS after a few minutes. You are officially enrolled once you have your Tuition Receipt. You do NOT need to submit your Tuition Receipt to the OAA.
IMPORTANT: If the grey buttons do not appear on AISIS, please submit your Tuition Assessment Form to this Google Form so that we can validate and enroll you https://go.ateneo.edu/ScholarsTAForm
SCENARIO 2: Scholars WITHOUT grade deficiencies and have a balance to be paid for in their tuition and fees
No need to submit your Tuition Assessment Form. Please proceed to payment.
IMPORTANT NOTE - If you are a recipient of a full scholarship grant and do not have any grade deficiency BUT have a balance to be paid for, please visit the Virtual Office ASAP.
SCENARIO 3: Scholars WITH grade deficiencies
STEP 1 - After enlistment, upload your Tuition Assessment Form to this form: https://go.ateneo.edu/ScholarsTAForm
STEP 2 - Make sure that you talk to the assigned Scholarship Officer for your year level regarding your grade deficiency

NOTES
FOR 4TH/5TH YEAR SCHOLARS: The Yearbook Fee is NOT COVERED by your Scholarship Grant. You may proceed to payment if you wish to avail of your yearbook. Your Tuition Receipt will be reflected in AISIS 3-5 days after the payment is posted. If you are not yet graduating, you may defer the payment of your Yearbook Fee to a later semester.
IMPORTANT: If you deferred your Yearbook Fee to the Second Semester during the 1st Semester enrollment, please contact the Accounting Office (stud.accts.cao@ateneo.edu) and ask them to charge the Yearbook Fee to your Second Semester account. Otherwise, you will not be able to pay for the Yearbook Fee and will not receive a copy of the book.
A Late Registration Fee of Php 250 will be charged if the Assessment Form is validated after the deadline set by the Office of the Registrar.
Please note that the OAA will also only validate during office hours. If a submission is made past 5 pm on the last day of the Registration Period, the scholar will need to pay for the late registration fee.
