What is the Enrollment/Registration procedure for scholars?
There are three (3) steps that you have to accomplish to be enrolled: 1) Updating your Scholarship Information 2) Enlisting Online through AISIS, and 3) Submitting your Tuition Assessment Form or Proceeding to Payment. Read the details of each step by clicking here. The Enrollment/Registration procedure is also sent the OBF email of all scholars and posted in the ADMU Scholars FB group at least a week before the enlistment starts.
Can I shift to another program? What will happen to my scholarship?
Yes, scholars can shift to another program. However, to do so, you must first write a letter addressed to OAA Director. Affix your name, ID number, contact number, and signature in the letter. Moreover, it must be noted by a parent/guardian.
Your revised Individual Program of Study (IPS) must be submitted with the letter. Overloads and intersession classes necessitated due to the shifting of courses, withdrawal from a subject and failures are NOT covered by the scholarship. Send the letter to requests.scholarships@ateneo.edu.
DOST Scholars are required to first secure the permission of the DOST-SEI Director if shifting to another program.
If shifting will require an extra semester or year to graduate, will my scholarship cover this?
The Financial Aid Scholarship is given on a yearly basis. A scholar must apply for the renewal of their scholarship every year. The extra semesters/year due to shifting will not be automatically covered.
A scholar must submit a letter of request addressed to the OAA Director and this will be evaluated by the Committee on Admission and Aid.
How do I go through the Load Revision process? Are there specific steps for scholars?
Scholars go through the same Load Revision process as other students in the Ateneo. Check your AISIS account to access the Load Revision Form.
NOTES:
You must first be enrolled to be able to go through the Load Revision process. If your Tuition Assessment Form has an outstanding balance, settle the payment to be enrolled. Kindly note that it might take 1-2 days before your payment is reflected in the system. On the other hand, if your Tuition Assessment Form has a zero/negative balance, please submit it to the link provided by the OAA during the Enrollment/Registration period. The OAA will process your submission and have you enrolled within the same day as your submission.
Freshmen must first secure approval from the Registrar's Office. To do this, send an email to the Registrar's Office (registrar2.ls@ateneo.edu) and state your reason for the need to do Load Revision. Wait for feedback and instructions before filling up the form.

Official documents from the Ateneo will be put on hold until such reimbursement has been completely settled.
Am I required to work in Ateneo after college graduation?
