On top of their scholarship grants, Ateneo scholars also receive other benefits and services throughout their stay in the Ateneo. Don't forget to take advantage of the Benefits & Services listed on this page!
Scholarship grantees are encouraged to join ATENEO GABAY, an organization for scholars which aims to facilitate the scholar’s academic and social adjustment in the Ateneo. Its services include lending of books and sample long tests, tutorials, and formation seminars. For more information, click the button below.
A scholar’s allowances will be released once per semester through their personal bank account, which the scholar provided the OAA. It is the scholar’s responsibility to check the ADMU Scholars Facebook group for the schedule of release of allowances each semester.
Scholars may write a letter addressed to the OAA Director to request for emergency medical assistance. Affix your name, ID number, contact number, and signature. The letter must also be noted by a parent/guardian and must be submitted with photocopies of the hospitalization bills and/or doctor’s prescription/s. Upload request here: bit.ly/MedicalSubsidy
Please note that we can cover hospital emergencies, COVID related cases and mental health concerns only. Requirements from the Office of Health Services will not be covered.
First-year scholars are required to have one Individual Consultation (IC) with the OAA every school year. Upperclass scholars can schedule an IC with the scholarship officer assigned to their year level anytime throughout the school year by booking an appointment with them. Sign-ups will be coursed through the ADMU Scholars Facebook group.
Academic and personal advice may also be sought from the Office of Admission and Aid. Students with any emotional, social, or psychological concerns are also highly encouraged to contact the LS Office of Guidance and Counseling.
Scholars in need of academic assistance may avail of the tutorial services offered by different student organizations such as Ateneo Gabay, Ateneo Mathematics Society (AMS), League of Physicists (LeaPs), and Ateneo Chemistry Society (ACheS). Scholars may also request for a tutor from the Office of Admission and Aid who will then tap the help of upperclass scholars.
The Scholars' Sectoral Board (SSB) officially represents the views and concerns of the scholar community at the Sanggunian Central Assembly. They also help in creating legislation that benefits the scholar community. You can find updates and bring up concerns to the SSB through the ADMU Scholars HelpDesk Facebook page.
