GRADE REQUIREMENTS
Scholarships are reviewed every semester to check whether each scholar has met the required Quality Point Index (QPI) and other retention requirements. All scholars must adhere to the university-set QPI standards which you can see on the right.
NOTE: If a scholar receives a Failure (F), Withdrawal (W), or if the QPI is below the Ateneo grade requirement for that year level, then the student's scholarship is terminated.
For scholars under the following scholarship types, additional grade requirements should be met:

Financial Aid scholars are required to render the following service hours to show their gratitude for their scholarship and to be familiarized with the University offices:

Graduating scholars with 100TF grant are encouraged to render their service hours at the Ateneo Alumni Scholars Association (AASA). Please visit the AASA Office at the 2nd Floor of the John Pollock Renewal Center (behind Gesu) to inquire about service hours opportunities.

BENEFACTOR COMMUNICATION
Throughout the school year, scholars will be asked to write several letters to show their appreciation for their scholarship and to update their benefactor/s about how they are doing. Depending on the type of your scholarship, you may be asked to submit any of the following:
Freshman and new scholars should write a letter introducing themselves to their individual, group, or corporate benefactor/s. They must also attach a good photograph of himself/herself in the letter.
Scholars must also submit Christmas cards every year for their benefactor/s before the set deadline, usually before the end of November.
Scholars should regularly express appreciation for their grants by writing a letter to their individual, group, or corporate benefactor/s at the end of each semester. All communications with benefactors should be coursed through the OAA. It is a scholar’s responsibility to obtain the benefactor’s name and address from the OAA.
All graduating scholars should express their gratitude to their individual, group, or corporate benefactor/s by writing a letter. A copy of the scholar's graduation photo must be attached to the letter.
NOTE:
Scholars with special benefactors are required to submit all four (4) letters. ACS Scholars are required to submit the Christmas Greeting and Graduation Letters.
The OAA will inform scholars about the format and deadline for these letters. Please wait for further instructions and announcements through email and the ADMU Scholars FB group.
