*Your scholarship grant will NOT be reflected on your Tuition Assessment Form if you fail to submit your updated Contact Information by the deadline.

Read each scenario below and follow the instruction/s for the scenario that applies to you.
SCENARIO 1: Scholars WITHOUT grade deficiencies and whose balance in the Tuition Assessment Form is ZERO (0).
STEP 1 - After enlistment, a grey button will appear on top of your Tuition Assessment Form. Please refer to the image below:
STEP 2 - Click the button indicated in the image above to validate and enroll yourself ONLY if your enlistment is finished and final.
IMPORTANT NOTE - If you are NOT yet done with enlistment, please click the other grey button that says "Click here to indicate otherwise." as shown below:
STEP 3 - Once you’ve clicked the validation button, your Tuition Receipt should appear in AISIS after a few minutes. You are officially enrolled once you have your Tuition Receipt. You do NOT need to submit your Tuition Receipt to the OAA.

SCENARIO 2: Scholars WITHOUT grade deficiencies and have a balance to be paid for in their tuition and fees
No need to submit your Tuition Assessment Form. Please proceed to payment.
IMPORTANT NOTE - If you are a recipient of a full scholarship grant and do not have any grade deficiency BUT have a balance to be paid for, please visit the Virtual Office ASAP.
SCENARIO 3: Scholars WITH grade deficiencies

NOTES
FOR 4TH/5TH YEAR SCHOLARS: The Yearbook Fee is NOT COVERED by your Scholarship Grant. You may proceed to payment if you wish to avail of your yearbook. Your Tuition Receipt will be reflected in AISIS 3-5 days after the payment is posted. If you are not yet graduating, you may defer the payment of your Yearbook Fee to a later semester.
IMPORTANT: If you deferred your Yearbook Fee to the Second Semester during the 1st Semester enrollment, please contact the Accounting Office (stud.accts.cao@ateneo.edu) and ask them to charge the Yearbook Fee to your Second Semester account. Otherwise, you will not be able to pay for the Yearbook Fee and will not receive a copy of the book.
A Late Registration Fee of Php 250 will be charged if the Assessment Form is validated after the deadline set by the Office of the Registrar.
Please note that the OAA will also only validate during office hours. If a submission is made past 5 pm on the last day of the Registration Period, the scholar will need to pay for the late registration fee.

All students must also meet the Yearly QPI Retention Requirement.
Please follow the instructions below if you failed to meet the grade requirement for your scholarship.
FOR ALL FINANCIAL AID SCHOLARS
If you were not able to meet the required grade for your scholarship, you must submit an Appeal Letter, noted by your parent/s, explaining your academic performance to https://bit.ly/OAAScholarshipRequests on or before 28 July 2025, Monday. Please also submit your complete AISIS grade report with your Appeal Letter. This is applicable for ALL scholarship types except for DOST ONLY scholars.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL SCHOLARS
Your scholarship is ON HOLD until such time that the Committee decides on your appeal. Failure to follow the instructions above before the deadline will lead to a delay in your enrollment. We will NOT cover the Late Registration Fee that you might incur.
Financial Aid scholars are required to render Service Hours in any office in the University. Kindly note that only purely Financial Aid scholars - those without other Ateneo scholarship grants (ex: Director's List, Academic, etc.) are required to render Service Hours.

For the First Semester SY 25-26, please read the poster on the right for details on how many Service Hours you are required to render. The deadline for rendering all Service Hours for this semester is 22 November 2025, Saturday. Failure to render the required Service Hours on time will result in penalty hours or the possible termination of your Financial Aid scholarship.
REMINDER TO ALL SECOND TO FIFTH YEAR DOST SCHOLARS:
Be advised that your Partial Tuition Grant of Php 20,000.00 for the 1st Semester of SY 2025-2026 will not be deducted from your Tuition and Fees if you have not accomplished your Contact Information Update Form before 11:59 PM of July 28, 2025. For scholars whose Partial Tuition Grant in the previous semester/s has not been deducted, please fill out the Tuition Grant Concerns Form. Kindly note that tuition grant concerns will entail verification of your student ledgers and may take a significant amount of time during evaluation.

The Tuition Assessment Form is volatile and will be inaccessible after payment. Please save a PDF copy immediately.
The Tuition Assessment Form and Tuition Receipt must show the complete breakdown of items.
Shiftees are eligible to receive their withheld stipends only if they have submitted their Amendatory Agreements.
Returning scholars are only eligible to receive their withheld stipends only if their LOA clearance has been issued.
