Transportation through the Orbit Earth from the Tempe Transit Center to Tempe Market place total travel time is 33 minutes. You will have to catch the Orbit at 1:12pm in order to walk to Dave & Busters from the drop off spot. Fireworks at Tempe Beach park gates open at 5pm:

You get to design the t-shirt for MTBI 2019 please see a few examples below and turn in your deign no later then Monday July 8th and we will vote on Wednesday July 10th

HOT WATER OUTAGE :

We have been informed by the property manager that some repairs will be taking place on the water system in Manzanita Hall. Repairs are expected to begin this coming Monday, June 17, and last 1 to 2 days at most. It is highly recommended to shower Sunday night (6.16) if possible while the hot water is readily available.


NEW DINNER SCHEDULE*:

  • 5:30pm – Dinner Starts
  • 5:45pm – Seconds
  • 6-6:30pm – Guest Speaker
  • 6:30-6:50pm – Discussion
  • 6:50pm – Announcements
  • 6:50-7pm – Get homework materials

*Evenings with guest speakers will be more strict with start times so please be mindful in this regard. Due to the schedule changes it is highly suggested that you come to dinner prepared, bring homework materials, leftover containers, laptop chargers, etc.

LIBRARY ACCESS:

We have been granted permission to check books out of the Noble Library. You will need to take your ID/passport in order to create a temporary account. Anyone at the information desk can help you create a temporary account (if you have an ASU ID number you are able to check books out but will still need to take your photo ID).

Wednesday, June 5 (TRAVEL DAY): Rebecca & Sabrina will be at the dorms ready to greet you with school supplies as well as some snacks. Early arrives allows for you to do a bit of grocery shopping as well as familiarize yourself with campus and the dorm facilities. Dinner is mandatory and will start at 5:30 pm (STUDENTS ONLY).

              • Participants arriving at different times all day (8am-5:30pm)
              • Check-In Process:
                  • Dorm front desk, give your first & last name, get room key & building access card (we will provide you with lanyards for these)
                  • Meet Rebecca & Sabrina (we will be waiting for your on our assigned floor)
                  • Dorm room walk through
              • 5:30 pm dinner (STUDENTS ONLY)
              • 6:00 pm Training (STUDENTS ONLY)
