⭐ Attract more young students to participate in IEEE-related international conferences and competitions.
⭐ Promote awareness and understanding of Quantum Computational Intelligence (QCI) applications among university and K–12 students through IEEE international academic organizations.
⭐ Encourage young learners, including elementary, secondary, and university students, to actively join national AI project competitions through STEM-based activities and challenges.
From 2023 to 2025, the Quantum Computational Intelligence (QCI) Experience and Application Demonstration Competition has been held at multiple international and educational venues, including:
IEEE CEC 2023 (Chicago, USA)
FUZZ-IEEE 2023 (Incheon, South Korea)
National University of Tainan (Taiwan)
Tokyo Metropolitan University (Japan)
Penang, Malaysia
City University of Hong Kong and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University
IEEE WCCI 2024 (Yokohama, Japan)
Sorbonne University and University of Reims, France (FUZZ-IEEE 2025)
These events feature Quantum Computational Intelligence experience workshops and hands-on field validation sessions, showcasing real-world QCI applications.
Participating students engage in real-life application scenarios using QCI & AI learning tools (hardware/software) provided by IEEE Region 10 and the College of Science and Engineering, National University of Tainan.
They also utilize software systems developed by the Knowledge Application and Web Services Research Center, National University of Tainan, including:
The Taiwanese–English Human–AI Co-learning System
Whisper-Taiwanese v0.5 (Tv0.5) open-source model
QCI & AI learning software
Through these tools, students design and program QCI & AI robots to perform a variety of practical and creative tasks.
