When the find bar comes up, type your AIM Pathways ID Number into the find bar.
You will automatically be taken to your data row.
Please note the following when reading your data row:
"Absent" on a VCOP can mean that either you missed your session or you have not reached that session yet in your professional learning.
The most important score in your online work is column AM - the "Overall Course Average." This is where the state will determine if you meet the 80% average or higher requirement once the course is complete.
Columns AQ-BH will be the columns you use to check your time spent on the AIM Pathways platform for compensation.
Time can be rounded up to the nearest .25 hour for compensation. (ie. .53 can be rounded up to .75 for compensation or 1.95 can be rounded up to 2.0 as long as the time does not exceed the maximum allocation).
If your online time exceeds the maximum time allocation for compensation, it will be highlighted, bold, and underlined. Please make sure to check the compensation website/compensation guidance document for the AIM Pathways time allocations for each online section.
Time for the online work can be matched in reading/application as long as it does not exceed the maximum time allocation for each individual section.
