This means that even if you change schools, positions, or grade-levels, you are still expected to complete the LETRS coursework with other Phase 9 participants and follow the Phase 9 timeline. Phase 9 LETRS cohort which includes general education, bilingual education, and special education teachers of 4th grade students and any remaining K-3 grade teachers and all K-5 special education teachers, K-5 gifted teachers, transformational/instructional coaches, PD resource teachers, and reading/math interventionists who did not begin LETRS as of yet.
