Please note that reading endorsements are only issued by NMPED after a participant's phase has finished LETRS.

• NMPED will not issue reading endorsement memos to participants who finish LETRS earlier than their phase.

• The APS LETRS team cannot issue reading endorsement memos nor can we override NMPED's decision regarding any participant's reading endorsement progress.

• If a participant does not meet the NMPED requirements by the time their phase ends, but qualifies later on, the participant must contact letrs@aps.edu to receive support in applying for the reading endorsement.
