The APS Double Promotion procedural directive is being updated, however, this is the current form that is used for students who are being considered to be promoted twice (skipping a grade). Please note that it is recommended students go through MLSS supports for advanced learning prior to double promotion consideration. Additionally, please upload the form into Synergy Electronic Cumulative file for the student and ensure the proper grade level is reflected in Synergy after the decision is made. Double promotion should go through the SAT team or a multidisciplinary team meeting.
