Court Orders and Legal Documents

For the safety of all students, please ensure that the main office staff, and the classroom teacher, are aware of any legal agreements or court orders affecting custodial or guardianship rights of your student.  Please provide copies of current legal documents are on file in your student's Ontario Student Record (OSR).  If your custodial rights change at any time, please contact the main office, and the classroom teacher immediately.  Copies of the new legal documents are required by the school as soon as possible.  Our student information system will be updated once official documentation has been received. 

In cases where there is a dispute between parents/guardians about custody during the school day, and the school does not have access to the current legal documents, CAS and/or the police may be contacted for support.
