" I had an amazing first day at APEC. My colleagues made me feel welcome. I felt very comfortable at the end of the day and the hesitation and tension I had was removed and I was happy for the reason that the office environment was pleasant and my colleagues were very friendly and helpful. When I entered this job in APEC I knew nothing but our Assistant School Head was so kind and considerate towards me. She stood by my side for a long time to make me comfortable and she acted as my mentor, she taught me everything that I needed to learn inside the office. That was a great experience of warmth and bonding with my colleague.What I love the most in APEC is the culture and positive circumference. Every employee has strong engagement because the employees were so kind and considerate to each other, also there is good support from your colleagues and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts."

" I was amazed by the school’s learning approach, driving students’ autonomy was a wholesome strategy in preparing our future endeavors. Since I’m a product of a traditional teaching style, I’m really excited to know how effective their approach is in molding students into a better version of themselves. No doubt, they really enhance and harness students' knowledge and skills that help them have a brighter future. All the people here, teaching/non-teaching staff, are accommodating and kind. " It feels like a breath of fresh air to be in APEC Schools. Of course, I have to make many adaptations to fit into their way of teaching and learning, but I can also tell that I am having fun along the way. Every day in APEC Roxas offers a different, unforgettable experience. The Teachers' Day Celebration has been one of my favorite experiences thus far. APEC Roxas offers a welcoming and inclusive environment for all, which is something I really appreciate about it. I can be authentic as an LF and be welcomed and appreciated by the students for who I am. Another thing I love the most is, of course, the students! And, as a new Learning Facilitator at APEC Roxas, I'm looking forward to meeting my new students. I want to motivate, guide and support them. " At first I was really anxious because I’m a new learning facilitator here at APEC Schools meaning it will be full of new things - new environment, new colleagues, new students, and etc. However, along with my anxiety before, I'm also excited to adapt in a different new environment, to work and collaborate with my colleagues, and lastly is to engage with my students. Whereas right now, I can confidently say that I was able to adapt with our environment and to our system with the help of my colleagues. Thus, I’m looking forward to fulfilling my duties excellently and to creating a fun, enjoyable learning journey for my students and for my future students here at APEC Schools. Currently, my best experience here at APEC Roxas Blvd, is working and collaborating with great people, which are my colleagues. They are very kind and gentle in helping me in adapting to our system and adjusting to a new environment. In addition, I can also say that being the class adviser of B06-09-S1-1 is one of my best experiences so far. Most of them are very participative in terms of different activities. Aside from my students, colleagues, it is my profession as a learning facilitator that I love the most. Because each time that I see my students are having fun while learning it gives me so much joy in my heart. It may not be all of my students who enjoy my class or the subject I am teaching, which is Math. Still, it has a different “kilig” moment to me every time a student experiences and unravels the beauty of learning, especially in the subject of Mathematics."

" During my college off-campus internship, I had the opportunity to intern at APEC Schools as a student teacher, and I can genuinely say that there is something about the students that makes you want to stay. Since my last name is "Roxas," there is a funny and interesting part here. My MTs and Co-LFs are laughing because I work at APEC Roxas BLVD and they sometimes refer to me as "Madam Roxas" (but this is just for fun!) I was capable of becoming a learning facilitator here.I believe it was fate for me to join this APEC branch. I must admit that on my first day as a learning facilitator at APEC, I am rather anxious about the possibility that my students won't appreciate my teaching methods but those WHAT IFs turned into motivation for me to be better! Just like the company's tagline "BE BETTER EACH DAY" day by day I am trying to become better as a New Learning Facilitator here at APEC. So far, even though my advisor is not from APEC Roxas, I was able to spend my first teacher's day with my Co-LFs as we are new here at APEC Roxas. This was during the Teacher's Day Celebration, the students truly expressed their affection, respect and gratitude for their LFs. I can also remember my first visit here at APEC Roxas and we did a Tiktok Dance together with the School head, OPS Team and other LFs. It was a great bond for all of us as we welcomed each other here at APEC Roxas. What I love the most about APEC Roxas are the people that bring it closer to APEC Roxas. From the security, utilities, staff (Ms., Juna and Ms., Em!) and also the students! "

" I was a little anxious when I first entered APEC Schools because I believed that I was entering a system that was special in terms of the learning modality, new learning atmosphere, and hopefully a wonderful experience along my teaching career. The first year of teaching will be harder, more exhausting, and more difficult than you ever imagined it could be, much like other sayings have it. But all the tiredness disappears when you see the students who are learning, happy in what they are doing and always participating in the discussions. My first teaching experience taught me a lot about what it means to be a teacher and about myself as a Learning Facilitator. I've always known that coming up with a lot of planning and decisions, worksheets, and other deliverables was not easy, so I'm delighted I had this experience to prepare me for it in the upcoming face-to-face classes, I am also excited to see my students and have a lot of activities with them. The best experience for me is that I had the opportunity to meet my Co Lfs, Ops team, School head and now the Acad Coordinator and the Principal sharing goals and expectations for the whole school year.

In addition to that, my advisory wherein hopefully I can see them all in the upcoming face to face and have fun activities with them. My fellow LFs, the Branch Coordinator, Our Academic Coordinator, and the Principal are all kind and hardworking, those are the things that I love the most. Although our school is not too wide, we indeed have a lot of excellent students, and we Learning facilitators always have tremendous goals and plans to fulfill and cater every student's needs."

" As a fresh graduate, I must say that APEC school is the best training ground for me to become a better teacher. To be honest, at first, I was worried since it was my first time in the teaching field, but as the days went by, my experience of teaching here in APEC school was thrilling and meaningful. Since it's my first time here at APEC Roxas, I must say that my best experience so far is when we decorate the site for the back-to-school event that will happen in Quarter 2. It's an honor to be part of this preparation, and I am grateful. I was also happy because I have been given a chance to know more and meet my co-learning facilitator, my bosses, the school admins, the staff, and even the student council. All of us participated in planning and decorating the site. They are all approachable and kind-hearted. As you can see, in APEC Roxas, no superiority happens. What I love the most about APEC School Roxas is that you'll feel appreciated, loved, and welcome. In APEC School Roxas, we prioritize students' development, growth, learning, safety, and welfare. The learning environment we have at APEC School Roxas shows a safe space in which students feel safe and supported in their pursuit of knowledge and inspired by their surroundings. Therefore, I must say that this site is really for everyone. "
