Expectations:
-Students will have one lesson and assignment per week . We believe in our students and understand all the circumstances , so try to do it during the week.
- We will be available during our office hours for virtual meetings to discuss any questions our students have , and we will answer any questions via email as well.
- If you can't do the activity because the lack of an equipment or ingredient, try to replace it with anything convenient.
- If any changes happened to our office hours , we will inform you prior through email

This is your last activity! Have fun and do the plank Tic Tac Toe with any partner at home. Watch the video and try to stay with the plank position while you are playing ( you can do an elbow plank as well if you want).
Note: Take a rest whenever needed and remember that planks are really good for the core muscles

This week is time for revisions so go back and check all the PE activities. First, work on the activities that you did not do or the ones that are incomplete.

Ski jump basketball !
In this activity , you'll practice how to do a ski jump and shoot as well. You just need to get a chair, basket (or a box) , rolled up pair of socks and any three different items you can find at home for marking your position like sneakers,toys, pillows,etc.. Watch the video and follow the instructions and send to your Coaches from which level/position you were able to score a goal and how many goals you got in total?. Have fun!
Hello everyone ,the PE coaches hope you had a lot of fun during your spring break!
This week's activity ,we have a TOY towel relay. The equipment kit needed for this activity is ( 1 bath towel, 2 pairs of sneakers, and 10 to 12 toys ) well don't forget that you will need a lot of energy to spend with this game.
Remember you can repeat as many times as you want! After you do your 1 minute challenge send the results to your coaches.

Get a coin and throw it in the air and check which side is showing when it lands.Do the exercise related to what you got .
Send to your Coaches how many Heads and Tails you got ? and which one you got it more?

If you don't have dices use papers with numbers from 1 to 6 fold them and mix and choose 1 on each round. The winner will be the one who first arrives to the finish (END) house.
Send the results to your coach saying how many times you played and with how many players you played with.
Send also a picture or a video with your favorite house in PE Monopoly.

Zumba kids:
Copy the dance moves in the video every day . By Thursday ,try to do it on your own without looking at the moves. Send us a video while doing it either by yourself or with any partner at home.
You can get creative with this name workout, use it to spell your own name, a list of names (Mo,dad,sister,friend,etc...), or even use it as a learning activity for words related to a specific topic.
Take each name or word and make it a “set”, resting 30 or 60 seconds between each name or word. If you aren’t familiar with the exercises, you can search YouTube.
Last, send to your Coaches what was your favorite letters ( moves) .

Follow the steps and copy the moves in the video. Then, draw or do your favorite yoga pose/part in the story. Send your yoga pose or drawing to your Coaches.
Count how many times you can do each action in 20 seconds. Everyday, do the same thing and by the end of the week, check how many times you were able to do in 20 seconds ! Were you able to do less or more as when you first started? Share your answers with your Coaches through email. Thank you!
