Hello AIS Friends!
Drawing is a kid-tested coping and calming skill proven to help you to deal with worries, anxiety, anger and boredom. Drawing and art-making can play an essential role in your emotional wellbeing. You can work out problems, shift from a disappointing situation to an imaginary world, or chill-out. Drawing can be especially helpful when you can't find the words to label your feelings. Art-making gives you social-emotional tools for self-expression, reflection and creative thinking.
We've selected some Disney and Pixar cartoon drawing video clips that might be just what you are looking to inspire you to draw. The Pixar and Disney animation artists and Rob Hub have designed lessons to give beginners the tools to create their favourite movie characters. The teaching is a kid-tested, step-by-step method that will inspire and delight you. For avid cartoon artists, there are the DRAWING CHALLENGE CARTOONS FROM MEMORY video.

Hello AIS students!
This is a kind reminder to take care of yourself. Do the things that make you feel happy. Learn a new thing or two. At times staying at home is boring but there are things you can do to have fun. See the indoor games and activities posted below.
Watch the How Mindfulness Empowers Us video below. Learn about how mindfulness helps you to calm big emotions. When your emotions are a bit too much for you to handle, breathing through it can help you to calm to think more positively.
