A marble run is a slide for a marble (or you could use small balls or jelly beans ). Do you remember the marble run you play during makerspace parties? You can have one at home too! I'll talk about some ideas in my video and here is a great link to check out for other ideas.

Are you ready for a cool coding challenge this week? How about making a SPOOKY forest? Click here to follow this lesson and watch this video for more help. Get creative- can you add other characters or elements to your code? How can you make your forest even MORE spooky? Can you add in some scary noises?
Imagine that you have to spend the night in the spooky forest you created in Scratch all alone!! Where will you sleep? Build a fort in your home or garden using materials from around your house. Be creative! Tell a spooky story in your fort at night with your flashlight and pretend you're in the Scratch forest!

Download the app Box Island and code the box to reach it's goal. Many levels of the app are free, so you'll have plenty to do!
This week, I would like you to practice your typing skills on a keyboard for at least 30 minutes using Dance Mat Typing. Then, practice coding using Lightbot (you can use Lightbot on a computer or download it onto to your iPad or Android device).
