Key Stage 4 ICT/computing

At Key Stage 4, ICT is delivered as IMedia. However, our commitment remains to provide every student with a broad understanding of information technology and computer science. This ensures they establish a robust foundation to support the use of ICT and Computing in their current studies, future endeavors, and careers. Our holistic approach is embedded across both core and optional subjects, utilizing diverse platforms to accommodate various learning styles and interests.

E-Safety remains a focal point of our SMSC (Spiritual, Moral, Social, Cultural) program within ICT. It is seamlessly integrated into assemblies, form time, PHSE sessions, and the KS4 option curriculum. Additionally, discussions surrounding e-safety naturally arise within classroom contexts, allowing students to engage with this vital topic as part of their ongoing learning journey.
