Mental Health Awareness Week was between 18th and 22nd May. During this week Mr Spears has been promoting Mental Health Awareness .

One way to help cope with mental health issues is to find time for 'mindfulness'; this leaflet  to help you follow this strategy . If you, or someone that you know is suffering from stress, anxiety or depression there are lots of people willing to listen and help.
