ParentPay offers you the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - safe in the knowledge that the technology used is of the highest internet security available.

You will have a secure online account, activated using a unique username and password; you will be prompted to change these, and to keep them safe and secure. If you have more than one child at our school, or children at other ParentPay schools, you can create a single account login for all your children.

Making a payment is straightforward and ParentPay holds a payment history for you to view at a later date; no card details are stored in any part of the system. Once you have activated your account you can make online payments straight away.

Setting up your account is easy

You should have received your unique ParentPay Account activation letter in the post at the start of the school year. If you have not received your letter, please email parentpay@clactoncoastalacademy.org requesting your details, and confirming your child's full name, date of birth, and year group.

To activate your child's ParentPay account, head over to ParentPay.com and click to log in. Using the account letter provided, enter the one time use activation username and password into the correct fields. This will inform the system which child you need your account to connect to. You will then be prompted to set up your account using your email, and asked to change your password. These will be your new log in details.

More than one Child?

To avoid having to have separate payer login's , you can add a child onto your pre-existing account.

When signed in, select the "+Add a Child" option from the menu. Using the account letter provided for your second child, enter the one time use username and password as you would when creating your account.

You should then be able to see both children on your dashboard.

Please see our guide to learn more about how to use the ParentPay system.
