It is ADMO’s policy that employees be accommodated to return to work if at all possible. Our goal is to minimize the time away from work for the employee and to keep disability insurance costs at a minimum where possible.
A Return to Work notice from the treating physician is required. ADMO is committed to making best efforts to allow the employee to continue a normal schedule while recovering from an injury. If it is possible to modify a job or transfer a position on a temporary basis, ADMO is willing to accommodate those needs.
If ADMO is unable to make reasonable accommodations without compromising customer quality and timelines, the employee will be asked to return to work only when fully released from the treating physician.
Each situation is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
