When Accidents Happen….

Minor First Aid – Treat at your company, but Accurate Personnel should be notified.

Clinic Evaluation Needed – Temporary employees should be evaluated at nearby clinic if during clinic hours, or if after clinic hours, the closest Hospital. (See attached locations, phone numbers and hours for some of our other providers) All employees should have an Authorization for treatment form.

Emergency Situations – Call 911, notify Accurate Personnel

*If the temporary employee needs a ride but does not need an ambulance, you may call them a cab or Uber. Let them know that it’s for Accurate Personnel and ask that they bill us directly. We will be happy to pay for any ride services provided to any area clinic.
