The management of ADMO, Inc. is committed to providing a safe work environment for all employees. It is the policy of this organization that all unsafe working conditions and practices be reported, investigated and corrected. No employee is to perform a task that is considered unsafe. All accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions must be reported to department supervisors so they may be investigated and addressed.
ADMO, Inc. has a “White Tag” system by which employees may raise concerns or address potential areas of risk. This system allows for reporting of circumstances should the employee feel it necessary to remain anonymous. Safety is of highest priority and concern for the management of this organization. Employees’ concerns will be investigated and reviewed by a team of people tasked and equipped to address them and propose appropriate changes.
It is the policy of this company to take disciplinary action against any employee who creates an unsafe work environment or willfully violates company safety policies. The employee may receive verbal or written warnings which may ultimately result in termination.
It is the belief of management that a safe work environment is ultimately a productive work environment. It is in the best interests of the company as a whole to create a culture of co-operation, awareness and commitment to safe work practices. Management will work together with department supervisors and safety committee members to make ADMO, Inc. such a place.
