Continuous Improvement

Matt Krieps, the President of ADMO, takes suggestions for improvement very seriously. This program has long been one of his favorites at ADMO. Anyone in the company is eligible to complete one of these forms and send it directly to his desk. There is a locked box outside of the Decade Lunch room that is for private and even anonymous communication of any issues directly to Mr. Krieps. 

Whether the recommendation is about a potential improvement to the grounds or buildings, an idea for better employee engagement, thoughts on how to run jobs more effeciently, or even complaints, he reviews each one and assigns them out to his team.

White Tags - This indication is for anything that is a suggestion and does not require an immediate response. 

Pink Tags - This indication is for anything that is urgent and needs immediate attention
