Team members are allowed to skip sections 1 & 2 which are titled with "admin." Agency owners, and managers, are expected to complete the course in full.
Some videos will not pertain to an agency (ams integration, they will only watch 1 email integration video, and web lead vendor integrations) so they will not be at 100% completion.
Trainers earn commission for collecting testimonial calls and Google reviews.

Google Review - $50
*Trainers earn commissions on 1 video per agency. Agencies earn 1 free training call for completing a testimonial video. If they choose to submit more, that is great, but you are paid for 1 video, and they receive 1 free training call.

Log training call notes in the policy for future reference

Referral tasks to sales team
* Boosting referrals from happy customers. When you're on training calls and agents are seeing wins in their agency/excited about the progress.
1. Send sales rep a task to call the agency for referrals.
2. Assign task to the rep that sold the agent.
3. Task title " Trainer Referral Call Alert" -
4. Put in notes about what they shared is doing well. The sales rep will call and ask more about it and then pivot to ask for referrals.
This setting combo will create a lead in NowCerts once a lead moves out of NEW stage (updated) - then leads moved to SOLD is AZ won't make NowCerts prospects into clients until they manually SYN the customer in AZ.

In this video, you will get a walk-through of the training process for our new Sprint, Scale, and Transform packages. Mariah will guide clients through the sales process and schedule onboarding calls, while we manage their course progress to ensure all team members complete their essentials course before redeeming training calls. We have outlined the steps to take before and during the onboarding call, including confirming access to resources and scheduling training calls. After the onboarding, we will check in on course progress every two days until completion. Please make sure to follow the outlined steps and keep track of the tickets in the fulfillment pipeline.
