2. Watch all Videos in Done For You Google Sheet

3. Watch 3 Build completed by trainer

4. Complete 3 builds with trainer supervising build on virtual call

5. Complete first build alone

6. Trainer to check all areas of team members first 3 builds to ensure no errors were made.

   1. After 3 completed builds with no errors team member is released from new hire training
