We're excited for you to dive into your new role and contribute to our ongoing success. The following is your training outline. If you have any questions, please note them to ask your team lead, Mariah Gates.
🤩Your first week will consist of video training and live training calls you will attend to learn AgencyZoom🧑🎓
🚀Your second week will consist of continued training and a transition into sales calls
💸By your 10th working day, you will be running your own sales calls and fully released to work leads.

Start calling leads to schedule sales calls
Fill up your calendar
Start Running your own sales calls with Mariah (or existing sales rep) supervising
SELL!!
Your goal is to make at least 20 Daily outbound calls to NEW leads in our pipelines. Set at least 2 new Appointments on your calendar.
RUN 4 sales meetings per day and close 1 - this will get you to your goal of $100k to hit your bonus.
