Integrated Service Inbox:
If emails are coming from notifications@agencyzoom.com then the integrated inbox is disconnected. Go and reconnect the email.
Email should come from "intergated email address" when selected in AgencyZoom - NOT notifications@agencyzoom.com
Replies made in the same email thread will update inside the same ticket.
IF a new email thread is sent to the integrated email inbox then a new ticket will be created. - you can merge tickets as long as the customer is the same.
Automation in Service Center coming from the Integrated Email:
"sender email signature" will populate the master admins email sign when the sender is "Integrated Email Inbox". Type in an email signature if you want to use generic like "Service Team" or use different placeholder to choose the assigned CSR or use the Location Name
Placeholder Guide:
First Name - will follow the recipient when sending automation, including commercial or personal accounts.
Nickname - will pull in the First Name if the Nickname field is left blank
Template Naming Convention to follow:
YYYY- Pipeline Name- Stage- Day #- Unique Trigger if needed.

COI/Customer Referral: this is a referral from a satisfied customer
Cold Leads: a lead that hasn't shown any prior interest and we've never spoken to before
Cross Sell - we provide part of their insurance - but want to cover another part of their insurance
Event Marketing - Booth - This lead came to our booth at an event - we talked to them at the event
Event Marketing - Host - we hosted an event and the lead attended - we may not have actually spoken to them. could be from a registration list
Facebook Funnel - this is a giveaway type workflow that goes through Facebook - if they get a quote with us they get more "entries" to win
Internet Leads - Leads purchased from an online/web vendor - the lead requested a quote - and we purchased that lead from the vendor
Inbound - Lead called in or walked in - but may not have talked to a producer
Mortgage Lender (LO Referral) - this is the leads realtor/loan officer sent us their name as a referral. - we want to reference their name as the Lead Source
Network Marketing - lead from other group member - another group member provided the lead and asked us to send the lead a quote

In this video, we outlined the new process for our sprint, scale, and transform packages, focusing on the fulfillment and training pipelines. When a new order comes in, tickets will be tagged based on the package duration—two months for spring, four for scale, and six for form. I emphasized the importance of collecting customer login information and ensuring they access their essentials course before their onboarding call. Please remember to tag each ticket with the trainer's name and move completed workflows back to the appropriate training pipeline stage. Your diligence in following these steps will streamline our operations and enhance customer experience.
