Travel Policy

Flights

Consideration for arrival and departure time. Make sure we don't have a team member with a long 10-12 hour day due to travel. 

Consideration for "work time" in conjunction with travel time. - we don't want people to be exhausted and then have to work. 

Book flights with seat choice and try to accommodate team members preference. If upgrade to comfort or 1st class is less  $50 each way then we will approve upgrade for comfort.

Hotel

Standard room queen or king bed based on price. Safety and convenience is key. Stay at the preferred hotel or attach the hotel to the venue if possible. 

Rental Car vs. Uber/Lyft 

If the drive time is less than 15 minutes, choose Uber or Lyft; if the drive time is more than 15 minutes, consider a Rental car. Rental car also considered if we have to haul supplies.
