Once successful, Lilly will invite you to run a Call 1 with an agent
Lilly will be there with you to supervise your call and help you along the way. The best way to learn the material is to teach it.
During week 2, you will be doing a mix of self-guided learning/role play, live role play, and leading call #1 with agencies. By the end of this week, you will be expected to lead calls #1-3.
Once successful in role play, Lilly will invite you to run a Call 2 and 3 with an agent.

On this week you will be running all live training calls with agents with supervision.
Conduct at least 2 full calls with Lilly for calls 1-6 to get her approval to train agents on your own.
Conduct your training calls and make appropriate notes in their Google Sheet Training Outline.
Communicate with agents via AgencyZoom email, text and calls.
Begin completing welcome calls to new agents
Once you've successfully completed this you will be cleared to run your own training calls with agents.
Now remember, a trainer doesn't have ALL the answers and that's ok. Remember to refer them to support calls for any questions outside of the training agenda.
Work agents assigned to you in the Training Pipeline. Schedule two calls a week with each agent and try your best to make sure their training takes place over a 3 weeks period. Two calls a week for three weeks is 6 calls.
Conduct your training calls and make appropriate notes in their Google Sheet Training Outline.
Communicate with agents via AgencyZoom email, text and calls.
