[ ] Subscribe to team calendars
[ ] Add your start and stop times to your calendar
[ ] Accept invite to all recurring team meetings
[ ] RingCentral account set up by onboarding manager
[ ] Download the RC app on your phone AND computer
[ ] Add all team members to your contacts
[ ] Join the Team Chat and Sales Chat groups
[ ] Confirm you've been added to the all-staff chat
[ ] Download Zoom background sent by onboarding manager
[ ] Set up Avoma — all sales calls must be recorded
[ ] Confirm you've been added to Avoma with recording turned on
[ ] Submit headshot & bio to onboarding manager (use Aragon.ai for a professional headshot if needed)
[ ] Update your LinkedIn title to reflect your new role
[ ] Join the Accelerated Automation private Facebook group
