This documentation outlines the process of creating a custom Copywriter GPT for COO clients using ChatGPT. It details the steps to clone an existing GPT, customise it for a specific client, and manage access permissions.
Accessing ChatGPT and Existing GPTs 0:12
Navigate to the ChatGPT platform and access the Accelerated Automation Company GPT page.
Locate existing COO clients in the list. If not visible, click on 'Explore' to find them.
Use 'My Gmail' to view a list of GPTs created or shared with you.
Cloning the Base Copywriter GPT 1:49
Select the base Copywriter GPT for COO clients.
Click the drop-down arrow in the top left and choose 'Edit GPT'.
Use the three dots in the top right to duplicate the GPT. This ensures the original remains unchanged.
Editing the Cloned GPT 3:28
Change the name of the cloned GPT to reflect the new client (e.g., COO Tiffany for Darren Vermost).
Add specific knowledge bank items, such as the client's completed copywriter survey, to customise the GPT.

Download the client's copywriter survey from the COO Clients folder.
Upload the survey into the cloned GPT to enhance its functionality with client-specific data.
Setting Access Permissions 5:20
Ensure the entire Accelerated Automation team has access to the new GPT for collaboration.
Specifically share editing permissions with team members who need to make changes (e.g., Deirdre and Mariah).

Review the settings and click 'Update' to save changes.
The new GPT is now ready for use in creating workflows for the client.
