• Follow prompts for updates and information.

Emergency Arrangements

• During stormy weather, check local radio, the Schools Information Line, or the Council website: www.aberdeencity.gov.uk/closure.

• If the school closes due to weather, heating failure, or other reasons:

  • Parents/emergency contacts will be called in the order provided on forms.

  • Pupils will remain supervised in school until collected or arrangements are made.

  • Bus pupils: If buses are not running, pupils will stay in school until collected.

• Parents should not bring children to school if normal transport is cancelled unless they can collect them later.

• No child will leave school unless collected or instructed by a parent/emergency contact.

• Keep the school updated with current contact numbers.
