At Scotstown, we recognise that building positive relationships between staff, pupils and families is central to creating a productive, nurturing and inclusive learning environment. As a school community, we have worked together to develop our Positive Relationships Policy, drawing on contributions from staff, pupils and parents. Alongside this, we have created a Positive Behaviour Pathway to provide clear, consistent support for both staff and learners, helping everyone to understand how positive behaviour is encouraged and supported across our school.
