Problem Description:

Your project is a chance to work on a topic you have enjoyed whilst studying Computing. You have to create something that show of some of the skills you have learned in the last three years. Unlike many problem descriptions you will have seen, you have a lot of freedom in choosing what you will do.

The only restriction is the size of the project. You will have about 15 periods to create your work, so you must choose to do something that you could reasonably finish in this time .

Your teacher will provide you with the Project Worksheet and Record of Progress Worksheet via Google Classroom.

Show your project management skills by:

• Maintaining a record of progress
• Completing a design using a suitable design method
• Testing your project thoroughly using a suitable method
• Evaluating your completed project in detail, comparing it to your original design
• Suggesting potential improvements to your project

Show your practical computing skills by:

• Choosing a suitable package or development environment to complete your project
• Making good use of the more simple features of that package / environment that you have been taught about
• Making good use of the more advanced features of that package / environment that you have been taught about

Your worksheet should be submitted electronically via Google Classroom. Hand in any bit of paper that were used in the creation of your project to your teacher.
