PESO, ASSAT Conduct Skills Training

The Public Employment Service Office (PESO) is a non-fee charging multi-employment service facility or entity established or accredited under Republic Act No. 8759 otherwise known as the PESO Act of 1999.
This agency aims to carry out full employment and equality of employment opportunities for all and this purpose, to strengthen and expand the existing employment facilitation service machinery of the government.
In this light, PESO Agusan del Sur tapped Agusan del Sur School of Arts and Trades (ASSAT) trainer’s expertise, Mrs. Evangeline C. Cabug in the conduct of the skills training on sewing which started last September 23 until September 27, 2019.
At the end of the training, twelve (12) successful trainees in sewing attended the culmination program at the Datu Lipus Makapandong Youth, Employment & Migrant Center, at the Gov’t. Center, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur.
