Email Update - 9/8/26 - 3:00pm
Congratulations to the boys on a great race in tough conditions on Friday down in Rosemount!! Our Varsity Team finished 6th out of 22 teams - Benaiah was 6th overall and Griffin was 18th overall. Our C Team finished 4th out of 17 teams and our 9th and under team finished 6th out of 15 teams - Nolan was 6th overall and Louis was 8th overall.
Thanks for your patience in getting this week's info out, I just got the meet information for Thursday late last night and I have been teaching all day. Here is what you need to know for the week:
High School Schedule
Tuesday, 9/8 - Practice 3:30-5:30pm
Wednesday, 9/9 - Practice 3:30-5:30pm
Thursday, 9/10 - Meet (see schedule below)
Friday, 9/11 - Practice 3:30-5:30pm
Saturday, 9/12 - Practice 8:00-10:00am
Middle School Schedule
Tuesday, 9/8 - Practice 4:15-5:30pm (PMS - meet by GaGa ball pits)
Wednesday, 9/9 - Run on your own
Thursday, 9/10 - Meet (see schedule)
Friday, 9/11 - Run on your own
Saturday, 9/12 - Practice 8:00-10:00am (AHS - meet by Door #6)
We are so excited to welcome Lisa Raymond (AVID Coordinator & Teacher at PMS) to our coaching staff!!! She stopped by practice yesterday and will be facilitating practice today at PMS. We are working to a practice schedule for our middle school runners and will publish what we know soon.

4:00pm - Boys JV 5K (Top 15 T-Shirts)
5:10pm - Boys Varsity 5K (Top 25 T-Shirts)
6:05pm - Boys Grade 6-8 (Top 10 T-Shirts) 3K
7:00pm - Awards
8:00pm - Bus returns to AHS
