Email Update - 9/14/26 - 10:00am
Congratulations to the boys on another GREAT RACE last Thursday!! We had 24 PRs (Personal Record) and everybody ran a season best because it was a new distance for everyone. We had t-shirt winners in all four races: in the JV Race Kyle Mittendorff was 15th, in the MS Race Sawyer Wilson was 8th, and in the Varsity Race Benaiah Breker was 8th, Griffin Schmidt was 11th, Easton Woelfle was 23rd, and Tyler Knutson was 25th. The full results and team results are available with these links:

Check the AHS CC 2026 - Meet Line-Ups Google Sheet for the meet schedules on Saturday, I will be updating that document as I get information from the meet hosts. It will include links with all of the pertinent information. It looks wet this week, but I will gladly take that over heat. We will run in the rain, if there is lightning we will move inside for a strengthening/core workout. Have a great week and I'm looking forward to more FAST TIMES on Saturday!!
Don't forget to sign up for the Twin Cities Marathon!! Information has been shared by our Boosters and it is also available on the website - AHS Boys CC Running Website
