Section 6AA Results 
We are proud to announce that the Armstrong Boys knocked off #8 ranked Eden Prairie at the Section 6AA meet placing 6th overall in the appropriately named "Section of Death". 

Booster Club meeting: Monday, Dec. 4th at 6:00 PM, in Room 265 at Armstrong High School:
We'll wrap up the year, and be voting on some amendments to by-laws to allow voting by email in some cases. We hope to see you there!


New Meet Honor Rolls 
Our coaching staff is working on making an honor roll for each meet we attend. It is a work in progress. Click here to view it.

Meet Line-Ups
Several days before each meet, runners will be assigned to a specific race for that meet based upon their practice attendance, previous meet performances, and directives for each meet that are established by each event's organizers. Click on this LINK to view Meet Line-Ups for the entire season. You can view various meets by selecting different tabs across the bottom of the Google Spreadsheet.

Practice Attendance
Students are expected to be at practice everyday and check in with the coaching staff to mark their attendance. If a runner is unable to attend, they should send an email to the coaching staff - high school students should send an email to Coach Woelfle at Colin_Woelfle@rdale.org and middle school students should send an email to Coach Hubred at Doug_Hubred@rdale.org.
