Description: The Jim Levine Legacy Scholarship (JLLS) honors a Youth Project leader, mentor and friend for his lifetime

commitment in making a difference in the lives of children and youth in Mendocino County. Jim Levine began his

nearly 40 year career as a para-professional Youth Worker, and went on to become the Executive Director of the

“Youth Project”.

Details: 2020 Graduating High School Seniors within Mendocino County’s private and public schools, are invited to apply for the

Jim Levine Legacy Scholarship. The application form in this packet, with all of the required supporting documentation,

must be completed and received by May 08, 2020, at the address noted on the bottom of page 1. Applications received

after that date will not be accepted. The Jim Levine Legacy Scholarship Committee may contact the applicant for a

personal interview.
