Summer Programs

In this picture MHS graduate David Fan participates in a collaborative activity at the New Jersey Governor's School of Engineering and Technology, a prestigious summer camp for rising high school seniors interested in pursuing a career in engineering. "You were given 200 scrambled cubes and you had to make a mosaic of Albert Einstein," explained David, "Luckily you only need to arrange one face per cube to make the mosaic. We did it in teams of 8 and the fastest group won. We finished 3rd by a small margin."

Below is a comprehensive list of summer science camps available to high school students. Each program is unique; some are free, some require payment, some are more competitive than others. Most programs appreciate early applications so watch for deadlines!! The programs are organized by the due date of their applications. Those in green are organized according to when the applications are first released. If the links bring you to a page from a previous year's program, Google the name of the program to find the current webpage.
