The main idea of this video is to show you how to use the advanced feature called "find and replace" in "cataloging tools". The video deals with how to promote grade levels in student records.

Keep in mind that this might not apply to your library because most school libraries at the beginning of the school year are provided a file from the administration office with the most current student information. Having the student file, the only thing to do is either purge the students from the highest grade for the school's previous year or promote them to a new temporary grade level so they will not be mixed with the current students.
