How To Create Multiple Holdings
Once the bibliographic record is created and has at least one holding, search for it, click on the title to go to the details page, and click on "edit" next to the holding. (If there is no holding you will have to create one to have a model for the upcoming holdings.)
On the edit page, scroll to the bottom, find "generate holdings" and click the checkbox next to it.
Enter the quantity of holdings you wish to generate.
In "BC prefix", enter the letter prefix corresponding to your barcodes, (if you have any for example, for the barcode TRA00940, the prefix would be TRA ).
"Start" corresponds to the beginning of the barcode sequence you wish to generate for the holdings.
Finally, click "save" to generate your holdings.
